Thus far, I would say this summer has been a pretty big disappointment.  I haven't done half the things I planned on doing (the only movie I've seen in the theatre so far is Harry Potter... fail ), and I'm not sure what to make of my internship?  It's seriously a love-hate relationship.  Honestly, I'm not sure if I would go back full time if given an offer?  As of now, I don't plan on doing the 5-year masters program back at school.  By loading up my schedule, I'll be able (I hope) to graduate by the end of this year with my 150 hours needed to sit for the CPA.  The plan is to spam my resume everywhere, hopefully get an offer, and start work (studying for the CPA in between).  If all else fails, I guess the master's program would be my back-up?  Although I don't really think it would be... not to sound cocky, but I'm thinking the company I'm interning with would take me full time if I asked for it?

Muddy Buddy in a couple weeks (sooo not ready >__<).  Time to start running... dun dun dun!!! outside O___O

Cruise in a couple weeks to the Caymen Islands.  I'm looking forward to getting away for a bit, and I've never been on a cruise before... it should be fun, right?  Afterwards, I'm back for a week or so (I may move in early), and then school.  Ugh.

Well, that's my summer thus far in a nutshell.

Okay, I know I've fallen off the pic-a-day train, but things have been hectic has heck!

Welcome Week was last week followed by a three day weekend already.  Niiiice.  Sunday was Shedd Aquarium day with some of the other interns, followed by Joy Yee's for dinner.  I can't wait until I am able to work and live downtown where everyday could be Shedd Aquarium Day.

Today is clean up my bombshelled room day.  Since coming home, I have yet to fully unpack which means I'm still living out of a (huge) suitcase with clothes strewn all over my bed and walking space is nonexistant in my room.

I think my dog got lost in the debris one day, haha.
